Wise joined Insmed in 2014, holding positions of increasing responsibility in the Commercial organization and most recently serving as senior vice president, head of US, and general manager of ARIKAYCE. Prior to Insmed, he held various sales and commercial roles at Novartis from 1999 to 2014.

With Wise assuming more direct leadership of Insmed’s commercial business, Roger Adsett, chief operating officer, will focus on overseeing Insmed’s overall business operations on a global basis, while continuing to provide valuable commercial insights and strategic perspective for the company.
